OSOZ Communicator is an application for Users of Individual Health Accounts of the OSOZ Nationwide Healthcare System® (hereinafter referred to as: OSOZ).

The developer of the application and the entity providing services via this application is KAMSOFT S.A. based in Katowice, 133 1 Maja Street, registered in the District Court of Katowice-Wschód, Department VIII of the National Court Register, KRS no.: 345075, NIP no.: 9542685559, of share capital PLN 52 600 000, fully paid-up.

The application enables users to receive notifications to their accounts as regards the health events defined in the OSOZ® service, including notifications about taking a medicine, measurements (e.g. blood pressure) taken according to the examination schedule, new entries in the Account (availability of examination results) and events within the framework of the health programme implemented. Each User is entitled to install the application any number of times, on any given devices and use it for an indefinite time.

Privacy policy. The Application Producer protects Users' privacy and rights. A User grants their consent for the application to use data collected within  an Individual Health Account.

In order to secure the data collected within the framework of Individual Health Accounts, the Producer employs information protection mechanisms tried and tested in the e-banking industry, in particular a safe data transmission using the https protocol and data encryption using the ssl algorithm. Technical requirements for Application usage are automatically verified by Google Play. Within the remaining scope, the regulations apply.

The Application Producer has done their utmost to ensure correct operation of the application, however, they are liable neither for the method of application usage nor the results of  application usage, including data interpretations presented by the application.
